These terms govern your use of websites, mobile applications and other services provided by Agile Cookies Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). They apply to all apps published by us unless an individual app provides its own specific terms.
1. Acceptance
By downloading, accessing or using any of our Services you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
3. Accounts
Some Services require you to create an account. You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please tell us immediately at hi@agilecookies.com if you suspect any unauthorised use.
4. Subscriptions and purchases
Some apps offer paid subscriptions or one-time purchases. Payments are processed by Apple, Google or another platform provider, and are subject to that provider's terms. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions from your App Store or Google Play account settings.
5. Acceptable use
You agree that you will not:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to access another user's account or data.
- Reverse engineer, decompile or interfere with the Services, except where permitted by law.
- Use the Services to transmit malware or harmful code.
- Submit content that infringes anyone else's rights.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of any content you create inside our apps. By submitting content to a feature that is shared (e.g. public posts or community features), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host and display that content for the purpose of operating the Service.
7. Intellectual property
All Services, including software, designs, logos and trademarks, are the property of Agile Cookies Ltd or our licensors and are protected by UK and international intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.
8. Disclaimers
Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agile Cookies Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Services. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under English law.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for breach of these terms. You can stop using the Services at any time by uninstalling the relevant app.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you via the app or by email.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
