2. Licence to use Marcus Daily
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use Marcus Daily on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these terms and the App Store / Google Play terms.
3. Subscriptions and purchases
Marcus Daily may offer paid subscriptions or one-time purchases. Where applicable, billing is handled by Apple, Google or another platform provider, with subscription state managed via RevenueCat. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions from your App Store or Google Play account settings.
4. Acceptable use
You must not misuse Marcus Daily, attempt to access another user's account, reverse engineer the App (except where permitted by law), upload harmful content or use the App for unlawful activity.
5. Your content
Any content you create inside Marcus Daily remains yours. Where Marcus Daily offers community or sharing features, you grant us a limited licence to host and display that content for the purpose of providing the relevant feature.
6. Disclaimers
Marcus Daily is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties beyond those required by applicable law. Marcus Daily is not a substitute for professional advice (medical, legal, financial or otherwise).
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agile Cookies Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of Marcus Daily. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under English law.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Marcus Daily for any breach of these terms. You can stop using Marcus Daily at any time by uninstalling it.
9. Changes
We may update these Marcus Daily terms from time to time. The effective date above will reflect the latest version.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
