This privacy policy explains how Steady (the "App"), published by Agile Cookies Ltd, collects, uses and protects your data. It supplements our main privacy policy, which applies to all Agile Cookies services.

2. What stays on your device
Steady is local-first. The moments, check-ins, prep notes and reminders you create are stored on your device and are not uploaded to us.
3. What we collect
- Anonymous usage analytics — to learn which features help, Steady records anonymous events (e.g. "opened a prep", "completed a grounding minute") using our own custom, first-party analytics — not a third-party analytics SDK. Each event carries only: a randomly-generated anonymous install identifier (not linked to your name, email, device ID or advertising ID), a session identifier, the app version and your platform (iOS/Android). It never includes your moods, the content of your moments, dates, names or any free text. You can turn it off anytime in You → Privacy ("Help improve Steady").
- Subscription state — if you subscribe, your purchase receipts and entitlements are managed by RevenueCat and the App Store / Google Play.
Steady has no account and no login — we do not collect your name or email. We do not use advertising identifiers. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.
4. Service providers
Apple App Store / Google Play (distribution and purchases); RevenueCat (subscriptions). Our analytics runs on infrastructure we control under appropriate data-processing terms; we don't share your data with third parties for their own purposes. A current list of sub-processors is available on request.
5. Your rights & retention
Most data never leaves your device. Anonymous analytics is kept only as long as needed to understand usage. For any request, email privacy@agilecookies.com.
6. Children
Steady is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
7. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest version.
