These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Steady mobile application ("Steady," "the app"), published by Agile Cookies Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 13214849), London, United Kingdom ("we," "us," "our"). They supplement our main terms of service. By downloading, installing or using Steady, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Not professional advice
Steady is a wellbeing tool to help you prepare for moments that make you anxious. It is not medical or mental-health advice and is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. If you are in crisis or distress, please contact a qualified professional, a trusted person in your life, or your local emergency services.
3. Licence to use Steady
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use Steady on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the App Store / Google Play terms.
4. Subscriptions and purchases
Steady may offer paid subscriptions. Where applicable, billing is handled by Apple or Google, with subscription state managed via RevenueCat. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions from your App Store or Google Play account settings.
5. Your content
The moments, check-ins, prep notes and reminders you create in Steady are yours, and they stay on your device — we do not host them. Steady's Co-Prep feature shares only an anonymous count of how many people are preparing at the same time; it never shares your identity, your notes or any of your content. If we add genuine sharing or community features in the future, those features would let you choose what to share, and only then would you grant us a limited licence to host and display the specific content you choose to share, solely to provide that feature.
6. Acceptable use
You must not misuse Steady, reverse engineer the app (except where permitted by law), or use it for unlawful activity.
7. Disclaimers
Steady is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties beyond those required by applicable law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agile Cookies Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of Steady. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under English law.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Steady for any breach of these Terms. You can stop using Steady at any time by uninstalling it.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest version.
